No internationally branded residential product exists in Cusco or the Sacred Valley as of June 2026 (Hilton development pipeline and PPP market review).

The marketing budget sits under the usual 1.5% to 2% market range and includes pass-through ad spend. The sales fee covers the full sales operation, including co-broker pay, which we absorb.
